Yes. Every long-term placement includes delivery and installation, paper and ink replenishment, firmware updates, remote monitoring, and on-call technical support. The host's only responsibility is to provide the spot and electricity.

Absolutely. After signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) we can adjust software and hardware to fit your venue - theme the touchscreen UI, swap in custom backgrounds tied to the specific location the booth is placed at, brand the printed signature with your logo, add sponsor stamps to every photo, and build a custom-made variant of the booth tailored to your site.
